The Charming Squire
Commercial Bar & Kitchen
The Charming Squire fit-out from 2014 was one of our earlier projects for Mantle Group Hospitality and was designed by Collins and Turner in collaboration with Barber Studio and D’Occhio. This James Squire label in South Bank features a number of incredibly unique spaces, including two completely custom copper bars, a micro-brewery on display in the center of the restaurant, mezzanine function spaces, as well as a pop out kitchen, encroaching the public space to connect inside from outside and to engage passing pedestrians to view the chefs hard at work. The kitchens and bars were fit-out with completely bespoke stainless steel and custom copper features, as well as integrating commercial foodservice equipment brands from the likes of Moffat, Williams Refrigeration, FSM, Mantova and more.
