The Powerhouse Hotel Tamworth by Rydges was one of T&H’s projects dating back to 2016.  This project was for an incredibly charming and tasteful hotel located in the small town of Tamworth, NSW.  The Powerhouse Hotel was owned and operated as a small business at the time of this project, but is now being backed by the global hotel chain – Rydges.  Throughout this hotel fit-out, we completed the kitchen, bar area, as well as some custom refrigeration display pieces.  The property is the small town’s only 5 star hotel, and boasts an incredibly luxurious and sophisticated stay.  Designed by FSDA, T&H carried out the complete commercial kitchen fit-out with various pieces of equipment by Moffat, as well as fitting out the bar space with Williams Refrigeration displays. T&H’s custom display pieces include a meat ageing and display cabinet made with bespoke brass framing, as well as several refrigerated wine display cabinets throughout the ‘Workshop” kitchen and lounge.
