The Harvest Buffet at the Star has become one of the Gold Coast’s most popular local restaurants, known for it’s endless choices of cuisine. This project consisted of a complete commercial kitchen fit-out with various savoury and sweets serveries, a high-end restaurant which seats 550 people, private dining spaces, a completely custom bar and wine display, as well as a bespoke dessert bar with an elegant chocolate fountain featuring bespoke brass fixtures by T&H. Designed by FSDA, the various serveries throughout the buffet include a carvery station of meats selections, an Asian barbeque inspired station, charcuterie, cheese and salad stations, an Italian inspired servery with pizza and pasta selections, a designated space for endless amounts of seafood, and of course the decadent dessert servery, featuring the restaurant’s iconic chocolate fountain. The Harvest Buffet was a beautiful space to work with, with bespoke brass features that we created fitted throughout the entirety of the restaurant, this space evokes a seriously luxurious and opulent atmosphere.
