Owned by the McGuire Hotel Group, the new development’s management brand offers patrons over 100 years of experience within the hospitality industry. The new $16M hotel will embody an extravagant and exciting hub for family entertainment, offering a vast 2,000 square meters of floor space featuring several bars, dining, outdoor lounge, gaming and function spaces. The hotel’s facilities include a 300 seat bistro restaurant flaunting interior furnishings reminiscent of the 1970’s, 3 function spaces with catering capabilities for up to 80 people, various sports bars featuring unparalleled sport viewing technology, a 200 seat outdoor beer garden with dynamic ‘Kaynemail’ transparent outdoor screens, areas for live entertainment, state-of-the-art gaming spaces, as well as a drive-through McGuire’s Cellar underneath the structure. The hotel was designed by Craig W Chandler Architects, who set out to create a “contemporary, chic addition” to the urban landscape of Yarrabilba. Our team was highly involved in the F&B design and fit-out process throughout this project, completing the stainless steel fit-out of all of the bars and kitchens, carrying out the design and fabrication of all of the bespoke back-bar fridges, and as always our team worked together to produce an exceptional quality finish.
