Architectural Fabrication

St John’s Anglican College is a widely renowned private school located in West Brisbane, known for its highly competitive academic environment, its innovative learning spaces, as well as its diverse extra-curricular programs.  The newly integrated Middle School Precinct is a welcomed addition for its students, featuring a dynamic outdoor amphitheater structure which acts as a versatile learning space.  For this project, the team at T&H fabricated and installed the custom stainless steel handrails, as well as the bespoke balustrades that stretch throughout the immersive multi-level space.

The grand opening of the new space welcomed special guests for the occasion, a representative from St John’s noting “it was a privilege to welcome Her Excellency the Honourable, Dr Jeannette Young PSM, Governor of Queensland and Bishop John Roundhill… with students very excited and ready to enjoy this vibrant new learning environment.”

This was an especially rewarding project for us here at T&H, as a few of our team members attended the college throughout high school and are St John’s Old Collegians.
