Following the successful completion of the Ground Level Kitchen at QT Hotel early on in 2022, T&H were engaged to lead a second design and construct project throughout the Level 2 Function Kitchen.  Throughout the design stage, our kitchen consultant put forward an open plan style concept which would ensure user efficiency even in the most high-demand situations.  Custom stainless steel products included ice wells, shelving, benching, sinks and knee operated hand basins, which created a seamless finish throughout.  With generous space and ample storage available, there was an aspect of creative freedom on this project, inspiring our designers to take advantage of this by incorporating fully encompassing commercial equipment.  The new spacious layout which we designed was transformed with the installation of a Hobart glasswasher line-up with reverse osmosis capabilities for polish-free wares, a reliable Scotsman ice machine, Cambro hotboxes for food storage, as well as Cyberchill refrigeration solutions with both under-counter and upright options included.  Throughout the various evolving stages of the project, T&H were trusted by the client to design a unique and specialised space, as well as install both custom stainless steel products and specified food-service products so as to bring the project vision to life.
