Our team were engaged to fabricate, supply and install the Level 1 Mezzanine Kitchen, the Level 1 Bars and Pantries, the main Kitchen, as well as an innovatively designed Food Truck throughout the brand new Hotel Indigo space.  This complete fit-out consisted of providing the commercial equipment, as well as custom stainless steel products to complement the space, including bars, benches, framing, shelving and hand basins.  The hotel boasts an incredible culinary experience throughout its restaurant Izakaya Publico, offering unique Japanese inspired dishes. Our team were thrilled to carry out the fit-out of this space, as it is the first restaurant in Australia to incorporate an authentic Warayaki Grill – This grill is a bespoke unit which features an open-flame system, creating an interactive and exciting atmosphere for both the chef and the restaurant’s customers alike.  The boutique hotel portrays a quirky yet modest sensibility throughout its design, while also paying homage to Brisbane’s identity through cultural depictions as well as the inclusion of local artwork.  T&H were delighted to work on this project which puts an industry spotlight on carefully considered design, paired with exceptional tangible conviction.
