The Elements of Byron Resort had completed construction in 2016, and since then has been the most prestigious resort in the region. This project had incredibly talented architects behind the scenes; Shane Thompson Architects, who created a sustainable, responsive and elegant resort. Behind this incredible design, was representative architectural motifs celebrating the four ecologies present on the site: dunal, eucalypt, rainforest and wetland. T&H’s involvement in this project was exciting, as we were able to create the kitchen and bar spaces. Throughout the main outdoor entertaining space of the resort, the swim-up bar that we worked on was at the heart of the design, creating a central hub for the guests to socialise. Throughout the resort, we installed the Summer Salt Poolside Bar and Kitchen, as well as the Azure Bar and Kitchen, which is creatively curated by head chef Simon Jones. The Azure Bar and Grill is accommodated by top of the line facilities and equipment supplied by T&H, including our custom products, and equipment that we supplied from Moffat, FSM, Hobart, as well as various other brands.
